Abstract beach scenes

Hi all

I'm looking for some help, a little while ago I came across a photographer who's work produced abstract beach scenes usually with strong colours and usually with sharp people walking along them.

What I can't remember was his name? And if we can get that does anyone know how he does it?

Hi Alf, many thanks. The first video I'd found already but the second I hadn't do its a good watch.

The part it doesn't give is how he gets all the curved parts
