A Watermark on all my photos?

I now know how to do a watermark but is there a short cut where I don't have to go to each photo and go through the whole process everytime. For example I have just done a shot and have 400 photo's is there a quick way of putting a watermark on all of them?

If you make an action you can either use the batch action command or make a droplet (a desktop icon) you then just drag the folder to it and it runs the action.
 
I use FastStone Photo Resizer which is free to batch resize and add a watermark.
 
There are a few on download.cnet but I think doing a batch action on photoshop you can do much more, bit complicated at first mind XD
 
I have elements 8 and watermark my shots by going into File, process mutiple files.
