Just a heads up really, I've put a brand of inks called 'Peach' though my printer.
Whilst the image quality is fine they fade in under 24 hours by a noticeable shade.
One week on and they're still fading.
This is on a Pixma Pro9000 mkII with Ilford paper and genuine Green and Red Canon inks.
I doubt it could be caused by anything else other than the ink.
Images with a lot of browns and orange in tend to be more resilient that a black and white photo which tends to make me think it's the Magentas that are to blame.
However, I've been testing some inks from OCP (As found in cartridge world ones) and none of my prints have faded, at all.
You can buy the ink in bulk and if anyone knows where I can get easy to refil CLI-8 carts instead of drilling and plugging my current ones I'd love to hear it.
