The one thing Casey goes on about repeatedly is that for video the story is king, everything should revolve around telling the story, and there isn't really one in your video, you're not alone though, I'm the same. I have been doing video in the Peak District all summer while I've been out doing photography, but I haven't really got a story to link them all together.
If you want some constructive criticism then there are a lot of shots where the footage is juddery, or the GoPro is struggling with the exposure, in some shots the sky is overexposed and greyed out, in others the foreground is too dark. In others the exposure is changing mid shot.
My equipment is similar to yours, GoPro 4 silver, feiyu G4, I also use a Canon 70d and I'm starting to come to the conclusion that I want keep camera movement to an absolute minimum, that 'bounce' as you walk along starts to get a little annoying.
Please don't think I'm having a go, I'm around a similar place to you, all I can say is keep taking loads of footage, be self critical and work out what works and what doesn't, and keep that in mind when you take your footage.
