A total website re-design

This really works for me. Very easy to negotiate and easy to read. Simple is good, my pet hate is cluttered, over developed sites.
As a bonus, loving the images as well:)
 
In your gallery, when you click on an image and it opens in a new window, that new window should have the option to navigate to the next/previous images, as it's a pain to have to close it before being able to view another image.

Remember that with web design, the fewer clicks, the better.
 
Your pictures are HUGE (over 5MEG) and will quickly gobble up your data allowance and take a very long time to download for most people.

They need to be resized (use easy thumbnails) which will reduce them to abour 2-3KB, make vieing your site much quicker and save you a fortune in hosting fees.
