Hi all - just a quick question,

I'm asking for a friend who wants to buy a godox x1c for his Canon 6d and wants to use it to fire my tt685's in manual ocf - My system is nikon and I use it for my d750. Will he be able to use the x1 trigger for canon
as it's all being fired in manual? I am second shooting for him at this wedding, so would obviously like to use my x1n trigger too - Is it possible for this to work? The tt685's will be used for backlighting a reception venue.

Many thanks in advance

I did a demo day with another photographer and we had a couple of Canon shooters and 3 or 4 Nikon shooters and all the gear just switched as easy as you like between brands - perfect for 2nd shooters as just an extra trigger needed

I think it's a perfect system for wedding/event togs - So far I love it. I was going to buy the v860 II, but I didn't see much difference between that and tt685's, except for the li-ion - Going to hang a bit before I look at buying the ad200 - but can see that being my go to lighting for ocf. two of those should be more than enough.
Thanks again..

Just make sure it's the right (latest) firmware update :)
I find the godox system superb and at this date second to none. To my knowledge nobody else offers such a complete integrated flash ecosystem. I admit to being a fanboy :D
