This forum. Upload some stuff and ask for critique. The chances are that the biggest improvements will have nothing to do with processing - and no processing at all is better than bad processing.

Literal answer:

Photoshop Elements or Lightroom are good places to start. They take time to learn to use well.

Do you mean software to help you improve photos you have already taken, or to help you learn how to take better photos?

Don't use software to cover up a bad photo. Learn to take better photos.

Is this question a possible leg-pull? If not, apart from the ambiguity in the question, the OP should offer a lot more information to the forum. What type of photography interests them? What camera are they using? What are they aiming for? Above all, understand nothing is achieved "but very easily"!

Are you talking about downloading and installing an app into a smart phone? Are you talking about pointing your mobile phone's camera lens at the subject and let the software itself take a better photo for you?

This is the same thing I've learnt since being on here. And I find myself doing less and less processing as I practice more.

Taking the right photo as others have said is the key point, however there are times for whatever reason you cant get it spot on and want to perform some sort of tweak later. Personally I would recommend Lightroom (even an older version) that will help you manage the photos and can be used in very basic ways but also has much more capacity in terms of features as your ability progresses.
