Hi all,
My name's James and i've been into photography for some time now. I currently shoot clothes on a manequin for a local fashion outlet. But would like to extend my capabilities and skill to a higher level.
I have dabbled in various types of photography (andscape, portrait etc) and find landscape my strongest at the moment, but i have just recently joined a portrait photography course along with another member of these forums.
I am also currently saving up for a new camera, originally i was looking at a Lumix G1 (dual lens kit) but am drawn towards the D90. The latter has it's advantages as i've used both a D50 and D80 as my mam and dad own them and i use them whenever i need an SLR when my Lumix TZ5 won't do! They have three lenses at present so i can just use them and any other lenses i can split the cost with them or just buy myself. But on the other hand with the G1, it's smaller and still has a lot of features and for the same price as the body of the D90 i get two lenses.
I still haven't made my mind up and would appreciate if anyone could advise me at all.
Thanks
