A massive 'ask'

I've not been around for the longest time and why will become apparent.

I have a photograph of my father which my mother wants to use on an order of service. It's not the best, but it's the one she wants to use and at this time what mum wants, mum gets.

I've tried cropping it to lose as much of my sister as I can and I've removing the building from the top of his head but I just can't get the result I want.

I also tried asking the original wedding togger but she's too busy.
I know there are some kind hearted and talented people on this site and I just hope one of you could perhaps take some time to make this image look as good as it could.

I have a full size JPEG if required.

Might not be what you are looking for, but another option you have. It's only a 5min job on a low res, so if you wanted me to have a go on the big version over the weekend I'd be happy.
