Well now I've had my trusty old D50 for the better part of 4 years or so now, and soon will be upgrading to a D300s, I've been using a shoulder bag "bens pizza bag" I think its called for all this time also.

The long and short of it is as I am going to be stepping up my photography and expanding to a better camera and purchasing atleast 2 more lenses and a flash, which backpack would any of you recommend?

I was reading this months "Digital SLR Photography" and they recommended the disturbingly named "Turkish Shower" and through google I found the "Lowepro Flipside 300".

Any recommendations or words of advice?

Kata 3N1-30.... Does more than a Vauxhall Meriva thingy - spacious too

back-pack come slingshot - both sides open up as well a the front....

Don't limit yourself to a backpack. I hate them personally, you have to take them off to reach for your gear - not exactly the most convenient way to work.
Easier on the shoulder though....
