A Look Back At Lawless London

Haha, I love that guy standing in the middle of the photo. He looks like a villain, chuckling at his plan having come to fruition.

What's the crime-stoppers number again just in case I recognize anyone in the photos :)

I wonder if any of today's riot/looters spots their granddad

He looks more like the one person on the planet who thinks it looks cool to wear a photographer's vest

Don't know why he reminds me of Stephen Fry! Wait, how old is he?:lol::lol:

My take on the difference between this riot and those in the past are that in the past, they were mostly peaceful demonstrations turned violent (by the same people who turned too angry), whereas this one (at least for a large part) had little political nor social agenda, and the violence broke out by gangs who had nothing to do with the original demonstration in protest against the shooting of that Duggan.

Don't know why he reminds me of the lead singer of the Wurzels!!!

Hi Teresa. I think I inadvertently offended you - through a misunderstanding - on the other thread about the riots. You didn't come back, so please have a look at my post (1474), and I apologise if that is the case.

Anyway, the Wurzels take me back a bit!
