I know Jessops haven't been held in any kind of esteem the last few years but I'd like to give a little shout out for the staff at Manchester branch.
I still where possible like to buy direct at a shop but have had problems recently getting a kit 100-400 Fuji lens with 1.4 teleconvertor. They seem to be in very short supply.
I went in yesterday and they also didn't have a kit but very kindly sold me the two separate items at the kit price. Doesn't sound to special but it saved me around £300 buying them separate. They went out of their way to make me happy.
They for sure will get a little extra commission but they didn't have to help me out, so thanks guys you did a great job.
Even got a peek at Fuji's new full frame digital, very nice.
