Your first looks like you took it after dark and hence the blacks are totally blocked up, its better to shoot 'night' photos when there's still enough light to see the top of the lighthouse and even some cloud detail, you can always darken if off later if you wish but at least there's something there
Your second is a challenging composition that flies in the face of normality and the odd 'Rule' and I love it for that. If you could take it a little more central to make it 90-degrees to your position I think it'd look even better, so the jetty is parallel with your shutter plane, but its a great shot and one that inspires me for my next visit
The last is far more conventional but nonetheless for it, a more 'standard' shot but well done
