Like buses, you wait for ages then along come 3 at once.
So, my tripod question is this - I have just got a Mamiya RZ67 - a whopping great film camera that weighs in at about 4 kilos once a lens and back is stuck on it.
Now, I need a tripod that can cope with this weight, but is light enough for an old todger like me to use, and that will not be overkill for use with my 5d as well.
I also want it to cost less that 2 pounds, and fold down to 5cm, more or less.
I like the idea of a ball head, and seriously, the budget can go a little higher, and it doesn't need to fold down so much. I am currently using a very old and rusty Culman thing from 25 years ago, so anything has to be an improvement !
What do you suggest, at not too much money ?
