Bought a groupon deal for a canvas at £8 - ended up costing £26 each delivered for an A2 canvas (ok not to shabby price)

ordered two...

Once turned up after 6 weeks - damaged and the wrong colour... the second did not turn up at all

Ive sent a number of emails - just get ignored, and the phone is constantly engaged... clearly cant cope with the number of orders they must have had so maybe ive been unlucky but i wont be ordering again :(

ah actually just got though on the phone so will update in a bit !

Well spoke to a helpful girl called Jo who sounded like she had been a sounding board form lots of complaints....Ive now got to trudge to the post office to 'return' the damaged / wrong colour image for the 'manager' to look at before deciding to reprint and return it... so that's more delays.. the second one she will chase up.. but not holding my breath to get either by xmas :( .... if anyone has an order with them they are still working though all the emails received on the 5th of December so are a week behind even reading any emails sent to them....

Companies that do this are annoying. I heard one about some lady that ended up baking cupcakes at a loss because they put some silly offer out there that they could not keep up with demand on. Noobs.

I've read of several companies who seem to be similiar..coincidentally nearly all of them have advertised through Groupon, personally I'd stay well away from the Groupon canvas deals
