Well done. Did you just email the pic in? Our local bbc bit is crap, and i cant even see any obvious 'reader' pics. just footy galleries, and local events where some local bbc bus has attended with a dj who means diddly squat to me.

Yep, just e-mailed it to the Ne Scotland/Orkney e-mail address asking if they wanted to use it and got an e-mail the following day with the link attached.
Still smiling an hour later

Nice one mate, i've had a few on the beeb site, for sunrise and sunsets in Nottingham, also one on the local weather, its great to see your photo anywhere when your an amateur like me.
