8mm Peleng FE

I'm thinking of buying a FE, but I'm struggling to find anywhere that sells this in the UK. www.rugift.com do it, but the shipping is 2-4 weeks, and they bill in USD

Does anyone know of somewhere? (or alternatively hve one they dont use )

I'm sure you can the pelang on ebay. I havent got the time at the minute I'm afraid or I'd dig it out for you but if you head over to dyxum.com and look on the lens forum there is a thread or two about this lens on there.

I got mine from eBay, seller was Canadian but the lens shipped from Belarus or the Ukraine. No problem with the process, it actually arrived faster than some stuff I've bought in the UK.

Just be careful with which auction you go for, some come with the Canon EF adapter and some don't. The adapter tends to add £10 or so to the total but the lens won't fit the camera without it.

I have a Sigma 8mm that I really should sell as I'm not likely to have much use for it. Saw a couple of days use for a virtual tour project and that's been it. It's a more expensive option of course but if you're interested in a used one the difference would obviously be less than on a new one.
