Hi
With my 40D, I download the images from the cf card directly into Zoom Browser, then I drag the image I want to work on into CS4 extended. (Raw files). Everything fine.
I've just downloaded the images from the cf card of my new 7D into zoom browser. All was fine, I clicked and enlarged some of the images. I chose one to work on, and dragged it into CS4. I got a 'programme error' message.
Then the computer crashed and when I went back into zoom browser, the images (300 of them) had disappeared.
So I've just installed Eos digital solution disk V23.0 (which came with the 7D) but it looks like I can only download the images when the camera is connected to the pc. I dont want to do that.
I do all my editing in cs4, I dont use DPP.
Any suggestions?
Do I have to download a version of raw convertor for the 7D, any help would be really, really appreciated.
