@stevelmx5 had a thread from 2015 about a conversion of his Polaroid 110A camera to 4x5. Unfortunately all the images from the thread have disappeared fr some reason, but there might well be something there helpful...

The Yashica 127mm lens is excellent, and easily covers a 4x5 frame.

Fantastic. I have been thinking of doing something similar with printing paper in a spent film holder. Look forward to hearing your progress.
