$739.00!! eos 5d in the usa

I know cameras are cheaper in the usa but is $739 for a eos 5d too cheap! Sounds stupid but it looks too good to be true, i have a friend in the us who can bring it over for me. heres the link.

ps. i know the warrenty isnt valid in europe, but the bodies only £360. the site says its brand new....
a price comparision site also lists 3 or 4 other companies in a similar price range. link below

That site is astonishingly cheap!! At £999 for a 70-200F2.8 L IS and $850 for a 100-400L I think my mind may have been made up about my dilemma!!!

most odd that the sigma lenses are much more expensive that they are here!
 
That is cheap. B&H price is over $2,100.

Could be a good deal but!!!!

I didnt, i guess wishful thinking got the better of me and thats why im on here. Stupid really, fancy believing something online....

i saw a simaliar thread on another forum and like has been said here keep away. I have looked at the canon outlet on ebay but to be truthful its not much cheaper then new. I am 99% sure I am going to end up buying new from kerso.

Yeah I keep an eye on the Canon Outlet on eBay, has some great deals there.

Refurbished items really are worth the savings, they are basically brand new. Just alot cheaper.

And as for Express Cameras - there's ALWAYS a reason why a piece of kit will be price so low. Noone can afford to sell, say a 5D, at under a grand brand new.

Every single one of those reviews has a major problem with the site, they should be shut down.

As Rickj has said Kerso is your best bet he is normally cheaper than any uk company and can be trusted (Many on this site including myself have used Kerso and have only good things to say).
