I think it'd be useful if it was stickied! A sticky film/film cameras bargains thread would be great.

I find them all the time but its a struggle to muster up the enthusiasm to make an entire new thread for a bit of cheap film that peeps will most likely find on their own.......maybe......if it doesn't get hammered.

It was to cover all F&C related purchases - it just happened that the bargain at the time was gear. I think it's a no-brainer personally, we have a thread every few weeks about a bargain which completely clutters this forum. There are two on the first page alone, three if you include the thread that Alastair's post is in.

I had no idea you'd posted up the 7day stuff, its in a thread that appears every week without fail, it says the same thing every week and if it has replies, I won't even read it.

Stickied and untidy is better than what we have, which is sporadic posts in multi page threads, scattered all over the gaff.
I don't think a promise of proper maintenance should decide whether a bargain film thread should exist or not, I'm sure Mark has enough on his plate without that.
 
That's a good price on 3200. Anyone know what to expect from film of that age? I probably wouldn't use it up instantly, but maybe over the next few months...

I mean, if it was 5 years old, I probably wouldn't buy any especially as its 3200, but its only 2 months ood..
 
Should be okay, it will start fogging fast though so do use it up in a reasonable amount of time.
