6x45 print needed from neg

I have a colour neg in fact a 645 that has been put onto a 5x3 neg by a proper lab some 15 years ago, any ideas who may do a print for me please, need about 12x14 ish

Try Palm labs in Birmingham, think they have a 10x10 enlarger, or get it drum scanned and a printed from the file.
