6x4 print problem

I am tearing my hair out at the moment and don't have a lot to start with.
I can print borderless at both A4 and A3 no problem at all.
When i come to 6x4 inch prints i have a band approx 5 mm wide left blank on the right hand edge of the paper.
Its as if the printer thinks the paper has finished before it really has. I've tried unticking the centre page and adjusting both the scale and left position. All this does is enlarge the image losing some of the top and leaves a white unprinted band at the start of the print also if taken too far. This does not effect the band at the end / right hand edge of the print.
Does anyone know a workaround or preferably a download for the software that will cure this problem.

sounds like it's printing out to suit 'tabbed' paper. There is 10 x 15cm (with tab) option in my paper selections - try having a look and see if you've got the same.:shrug:
 
What printer is it?
I think in the past, one of my epsons had a strange requirement that paper had to be larger than a certain size, before it could print borderless.
Out of interest, have you tried 7x5?
