Welcome :):welcome::wave:

Instagram? What's that? Did you forget to post your photos?

It is quite easy to post images here, so let us see some.

If you do have the "EYE" then you are lucky! I have been struggling for years with limited success. However on the odd occasion that I get it right........................Let's just say I am happy.

Managed to insert the link :LOL: and yes, apologies for that.

Many thanks.

I still think your missing the point.... not being horrible but we dont want to go to your instagram.. we want to see pictures on here.. otherwise the thread becomes nonsensicle in that someone will comment on a picture and someone else will comment something else and we cant even see what pictures they are commenting on....you need to link to the pictures so they show up in this thread or upload to this forum... as in the faq :)

www. imgur.com

Have a look around this ,you will find out how to put pictures on here cost nothing to sign up and join,easy to put pictures on here

when you have photo downloaded onto it, right click on picture and download list appears . easy it tells you from there to copy to forums . then paste on here

Its worth getting them on.. you will get some good honest feedback on here :) from other photogrpahers not friends and family ..

Yes, I believe some people do have an 'eye' for photography. Some people are naturally creative or visual people. There are some visual rules that work better than others, buts it's also good to break these rules too. Just to throw another spanner in the visual works. Images are completely subjective. One person may like a particular style, the other may not !

Hi Roy and welcome to TP

Good advice above for how to link & embed pictures here on/at TP :)

Do have a look at the various sub fora.........there is even a Beginner's one to start off gently with posting your initial ones. It puts your time in the water so to speak!

But whichever one you post your pictures you will get honest feedback, though some might come across as 'robust' stick with it and you see the value of like minded strangers giving the criticism & critique.

Also, do look at the sections where images posted are discussed as that can improve your appreciation of how and why an image (it's composition, processing etc) works or not as the case may be.

I look forward to seeing them.
