60cm x 80cm print - how hard can it be?

I'm looking to get a image I have created printed, to fit a pre-bought frame. The image dimensions need to be 60cm x 80cm.

Photobox don't appear to do custom size, DSCL do - but having emailed them, waiting for a reply is taking ages and is like pulling teeth trying to get information out of them.

The .jpg is 33mb in size, so I need somewhere I can upload to and pay online (dscl don't do both together for custom sizes!)

Anyone recommend anywhere online, as I don't have time at the moment to go somewhere local.

is there any reason for the jpeg to be 33mb?

that seems excessive. Is it a panorama?
Have you enlarged it to 60x80 in photoshop- if so, that's a waste of space, it doesn't matter whether you enlarge it in photoshop or if the printer enlarges it during printing

every printer can do custom sizes, all you need is a guilotine
printers spit out standard sized sheets, all DSCL will do is cut it down for you and likely charge you extra for the priviledge, best thing to do is to create your canvas in photoshop and use the extra space to print some other things
