5D MK III Tethered shooting cable

Hi all,

I am looking to source a cable that i can use to tether my Macbook with Lightroom 4 to my 5D Mark III but cannot seem to find any. Can anyone recommend any? Preferably a few meters in length.

I do believe the above scenario is possible...correct me if i am wrong.

I think it's just a USB cable, isnt it?

Support for tethering the 5D3 was only introduced in LR4.2 - http://blogs.adobe.com/lightroomjournal/2012/10/lightroom-4-2-now-available.html. All that's needed is a standard USB cable.

If you are going above 2-3m in length then I'd suggest not going for a very cheap cable.

I'm not saying spending £50 is the right way to go, but avoid the £2 cables.
