Has anyone found a source?
everywhere I try they seem to be on "back-order" or somesuch :shrug:
 
I spoke to a UK source last week and absolutely none available in the UK right now, with no date of when they're due to arrive.

If you need them urgently, your best bet would be to get some from Hong Kong, although tax and duty may apply :(

luckily I have the grip so i can slide in some AA when the main runs out
time for some eBay hunting - pooh!
 
I've done some googling & eBaying....

King Trade Cameras have them allegedly in stock in the UK at £99 each for one!!!

lots of people have "compatibles" that
a) need their own charger
b) won't show the charge state in the camera
I think I'm a little wary about that
or is it just Canon's way of making harder for third-parties?
 
Teksave via Amazon have them in stock...£79.34 delivered.

I got my spare from Jessops in Glasgow for £59.00 about 2 months ago. Not seen any since.

Damn, a £15 increase? Glad I managed to get the spare when I did.
