Hiya guys im gona keep all these in one thread make it easy to manage :D

Week 1/52 Living on the edge

h all the drama and with work being so bussy this time of year i feel like im living life on the edge.

Week 2/52 Brain wave

I was planing on shooting out in the snow this week but after 20 mins of throwing snowballs in my own face i gave up ( was getting some strange looks)

So i went inside int the warm and started thinking of ideas then i just thought why not do me thinking of ideas lol. I know not a great idea but still i think it works well.

Week 3/52 New Hair

I have been totaly stuck this week my creative drive just hasnt been there! After a long time thinking about ideas and banging my head against the wall i went and got my hair cut and the rest is history.

I thought i would use a bit of colour this week and step away from the black and white i have used for the past two weeks.

Week 4/52 ohh S***

This week there has been a few things that have just made me stop in my tracks and say OH ****! With alot of work going on in and out of work im finding it hard to find time to do anything so this is kind of a rushed photo.

I know alot of you are just gona look at this and think omg dan has finaly lost the plot and mabey i have!!!!

Seen somone else do a simulare photo to this on flickr a week or two ago and i just had to try it also!

First one is a strong image! Well lit and sharp! Although id of maybe lost the chain? Draws my eye to it more than the blade does.

Really like the thinking behind the 2nd. Really portrays the different emotions that can be released whilst thinking. One thing I did think whilst looking at it, that I feel may have added to the end result was where you have the empty beer cans on the table, you could of perhaps built these up along with the different shots. i.e started with one can, then the next shot added another, then the next the crushed can etc.
Just the way I would of done it mind you, feel it would added an essence of time into your thought process.

Great work though, really like them both :thumbs:

Didnt notice the chain untill u just mentioned it if im honest lol its always on me ***.

I didnt think of that with the cans realy good idea *** should of thought of that never mind i sup thats why im doing this to develop my skills and to think about the image more.

Yeah, im doing a 52 also. Like you say hearing what others have to say about your work will always make you stronger.

Il be sure to check back to your thread, really liked your first 2 entried :thumbs:
 
Danny, sorry, I'd commented on the first image in the other thread...

Really likeing brainwave. Haircut also works well.
 
great shots.. usually prefer B+W portraits but the colour one is great.. think its the lighting on the red background..?
 
thanks for the comments guys im not that happy with week 3 photo i was lacking any creative drive all week! :(

I have a very funny photo planned for this weeks one *** im just scared some it might make some people laugh to much at me and never take me serious again lol.

Love the alternative brain wave though. Absolutely brilliant expressions and pin sharp.
I hadn't particularly noticed the beer cans, but after reading the comments I agree that seeing them build up through the images would have added to the story.

And Week No.4 :lol::lol::lol:
Really well shot, but so funny too! Absolutely inspired :lol:
