50D and which flash

Hi i have just brought a canon 50d and not usre which flash to get for it. I was either going to get a Canon Speedlite 430EX II or nissin unit, which on is going ot work with the camera features the best.

Out of the two, the 430 EX II, or better still the 580 EX II

Certainly is nice to hear from someone else who lives in good 'ole Nawwwwich

I think you'll find that the 50D and 580 EX II would go perfect together and also you can get them for a decent price from a trader on here called Ian Kerr (Kerso), who has saved lots of us lots of money..

He's normally based in the USA, so bear in mind that there's a 5 hour time difference, but I can't recommend him highly enough and loads of others can't either
