40D vs 450D

I've handled the 450D but I'm wondering what camera you think is better and why? They seem very similar but maybe I'm missing something.
 
Both will give good results, however the 40D is a bit bigger with tougher build. Magnesium body, better controls and fitted my big hands better. It's got a deservedly great reputation. 40D all the way.

:agree: Also if you are intending to do any sports photography the 40D has a continuous setting of 6.5 frames per second. I love mine. :)
