I bought my 40D just after Christmas (and before the 31st Dec) and filled out all the necessary cashback stuff online, sent the form before the 15th Feb (or whenever the deadline was) and I haven't received anything yet. Bear in mind this is the previous cashback run, not the one they're doing now.
I've looked online and apparently that Submission Status site should be able to help, but the online reference number I was given doesn't work on it (it doesn't even look as if it's in the right format) and I've tried filling out the Submission Status help form sometime last week and not had any reply. I've also tried the 0845 number (for Canon cashback help) a couple of times and there's just been no answer there at all.
Anyone else not had their cashback? Anyone know what the submission status reference number format is?

I sent mine in mid Jan and only recieved my cashback last week. The format of the number I have is 1 letter then 7 numbers.
