400D - new or reconditioned

Afternoon all,

A mate of mine is after a 400D & kit lens for his son (he's not having mine!! ). He's been to a few shops, and they've all told him that Canon are no longer making them!!??

Any suggestions on where or whom to buy from???

Check the classified on here for a (most likely) well cared for kit.

I may be parting with mine soonish and would perfer to advertise it here before ebay due to fees etc.

You can get recon 400Ds from Canon UK Outlet on Ebay, but they don't seem to be much cheaper than a new 450D with cashback
