A couple of times when I've been meaning to press the AF point selection button I've inadvertently pressed the Exposure Lock button instead. The thing is there doesn't seem to be any way to cancel it other than to take a pic or turn the camera off.
I've checked in the manual but it doesn't mention anything. Logically I'd expect that pressing the button again would cancel it, but it doesn't. I've also tried pressing the shutter button half-way but that doesn't cancel it either.
Is there any way to do it?
