38th Challenge for the days ahead - WATER

This week the challenge is...

WATER

Can be anything associated with water, doesnt have to be water itself. Original ideas are welcome !

Usual rules apply:

All entries must be new photos, taken within the time frame of the comp.
Maximum of 3 entries per person.
Limited PP, cropping, exposure control, sharpening etc is okay, multi layered cut and pasting is not.
The winner chooses the theme for the following challenge.

Entries can be posted from 8pm on Thurs 22nd October until 8pm on Sunday 25th October, with the winner announced later that evening.

Forgot all about the comp this week (I blame my man flu!) so just went into the bathroom looking for inspiration related to water with only 10 mins before the comp close.....

Sorry best I could do was the rubber duck . Taken with the Sigma Macro and lit with the sb-600 off camera to the right (I only typed that to make it sound as if I'd put some thought into it ).

Promise to try harder next week!

so this week positions are:

:1st: saxk, with the buffalos soaking in the river. feel of water is great

:2nd: tdodd, for the nice water landing moment!

:3rd: Barney12 for not having water at all thats good idea!
i thought there would be more pictures like this, with just an idea of water.
I only find colors put it a bit far from the theme (imho).

4th (unofficial) place goes down the ... killy, that was really LOL,
but with a more drammatic colours/composition even the pan could be amoung winners

sorry guys, i am still away in asia and haven't been on here for a while, i jsut noticed the PM and came here to check it out.

thanks for the opportunity anyway guys, its greatly appreciated.

once i get a new camera, lost the g10, getting a G11 soon when insurance comes through, ill get back on the case and will be about a little more often.
