Photographer's 3,200 Undeveloped Film Rolls Hold History of Rock 'n' Roll

Photographer Charles Daniels shot the most famous rock 'n' roll bands starting in the 1960s. He now has over 3,200 undeveloped film rolls.

I would be interested to know what goes on in the mind when you photograph and photograph, even though there is no prospect of ever being able to see the results.

What would be the difference if you didn't put any film in the camera at all? Or photographing without a memory card.

Garry Winogrand was probably such an example too in the end. Ah yes, and of course Vivian Maier too.

Wow! That's fantastic. My first thought that he might be some sort of eccentric hoarder, and we might never see his photos. I'm glad that a serious effort is being made to process the films.
