Ok I have a Canon 7D Mk2, and am looking to get a second body, as I've started doing a little sports paid work now, so I need to cover possible equipment failure.

With a budget of around £800-£1000 now, do I go for a second 7D2 or maybe a 1D MkIV, both secondhand obviously.

Any thoughts?
 
Another 7D2 - stick with what you know best and gets you the pics you want.

Thanks for your replies guys. As I've recently heard that Canon are taking the 1DIV off the service list in June, I'm thinking a second 7DII is the order of the day.
