Just bought one, Can I use it wireless with my 600D?

yep, go into the built in flash settings on your 600d and change the wireless function to either disabled, built in flash + wireless flash in a ratio, wireless flash only or built in flash + wireless flash with each exposure compensation set separately. also make sure to enable the wireless slave function on the flash, everything should work strait away I think the 270EX ii can only be on channel 1 so there is no need to change any of those settings.
