Great find. It took me a while to appreciate photoshop. I was a Jasc fan for years until corel bought them out. As a result I was forced onto photoshop...No going back now

I remember a friend using 2 or something like that while he was into graphic designing and all. I thought it was neat, tried to do it myself but just got depressed.

Then came photography not too long ago and photoshop skyrocketed with me.

It really is an amazing piece of software.

I just wander if there are any articles charting the history of Photoshop and Coral and how/why/when photoshop took over as the king??

PS 2.5 was my starting point. Blew me away back then and meant I could actually do graphics font stuff on a computer rather than the old Letraset cut-out stuff.

Can remember when the clone tool was explained to me (was that v3?) - I was creaming over it. Think we were running those early versions on something that would appear quite silly these days like a PM8500 120mhz with 128mb RAM 13" monitors were the dog's bits back then....
