What image quality at high iso on this Camera ? and how much is there between this and the 1dmiv

Don't know about the mk4 but I use 3200iso for sport on my mk3 no problem.

and what size can you print too with good results

They are for use in papers and mags, I have had one as a full page in a magazine and it was fine. If you want A3 size or above I would say 1600 is about the max maybe a little bit higher with noise reduction software used.
