1500w epson and 3rd party inks

i ought a 1500w epson printer from ink express and one of their continuous ink systems, i am getting terrible colour problems with it, i have installed their profiles butstill no good. has anyone else had this problem, i am of a mind to ake it back but its such a hassle i am hoping some one can help me

not know your printer but has it separate print heads? if so was the head clean before putting in your CSS? I have use CSS for many years not had any problems.
You are best making your own profiles, or if you use PermJet they will make them for you free.
I use there inks as well for a number of years
