Congratulations to John & Nick (and Me), I agreed with the first choice which I thought was brilliant, great contrast, perhaps a tad more depth of field would have made it even more special, but a worthy winner :1st: Well Done Nick 
I would have probably put John's peg in 2nd (not that I'm complaining mind) which has a great use of vibrant colour and is a stunning image. 
My effort meant I had to nip out to the garden in my slippers pick a dozen or so blades of grass, arrange them on the table at different lengths from the camera, use a dark green plastic tray as a background and try to get some water to stay on the leaves (have you ever tried to get water to stick to a leaf of grass?)
Worked reasonably well though

You have to select the next theme, select a time to start posting (usually only a couple of days before the challenge ends, which is usually either Sunday Evening or just after the weekend) and judge the entries selecting first, second & third and if you want to any notible entries too. Oh, and you're not allowed to enter yourself :nono:
