I live in Baldock (hertfordshire, near stevenage and hitchin) and there seems to be nowhere close that processes 120mm film. I'd like to know two things

Is there a reason for people not processing 120mm film?

also

where can i get it processed?!?!

thanks :)

edit: I was thinking on buying the CanoScan 8600F, worth it?

Yeah, nobody's shooting it. :'(

I had a great little lab near to me until april of this year when the owner decided that sitting around twiddling her thumbs was not a great future.

Unless you want to go into london and use one of the few remaining big labs, it's a case of checking out the send away options. I know the whole idea of letting films go off into the great yonder with RM (twice!) scares me but there really isn't much option for most of us these days.

I've always sent my 120 away for processing
I've had great results from Peak Imaging
When you send the first one away they return it with a freepost box to send the next one
I find that if you just want it developed the turnaround is usually around 3 days - its longer if you want it scanning or printing

Just google it to get the website
