without wanting to spend stupid money on a Lee 10 stopper any suggestions for a good stop gap (that's available), which woud fit the Lee system?

Hitech is probably the next best thing in terms of 100mm square 10 stoppers. If you would be happy to by pass the Lee system, take a look at the Haida filters.

cant go to far wrong at that price
