Can I use 1 wireless transmitter to fire off more than 1 receiver ?

As I have a 430EXII, I understand can't use it to fire other flash guns. Could I then get a wireless transmitter, put it on my hotshoe, and have more than 1 flash attached to their own receiver ?

Presumably, as long as they're all on the same channel, each flash would fire right ?

Any help would be ace.

- Russ.

You can with an ST-E2

what about the ones FitP sells ?

Any number you like of the Ebay/FITP types (as long as they are all on the same DIP switch setting)

Some of the jessops flash's have optical triggers built in - i use a ebay trigger to fire a 550ex that then fires 2 jessops flash's optically.

yeah, but can i fire the jessops flashes with my 430EXII do you know ?

Transmitter and receiver sets are a good buy... you can get say 2 packs of 1 transmitter with 2 receivers and that way you've got a spare transmitter just in case, and 4 receivers which should be more than enough. I use CTR301 / CTR301P sets which have proved extremely reliable with no failures or misfires so far (approx 6 months old now)

you need to use manual flash to do it as the first ttl pulse will set off the jessops flashes early

St-e2 has a limited range though, but does keep the flash functionality, ettl etc

FiTP Wireless flash will fire over a huge range, one tx and as many receivers as you need.
