1-2-Print Help with uploading a print order

I attempted to order some A5 flyers from 1-2-Print last night. I thought I had saved the PDF in the correct format but when I uploaded it to the site during ordering it said the file exceeded the maximum number of colours. I've now followed their instructions and saved the file again but I can't work out how to upload a new version of the file against the existing order.

Has anyone used 1-2-Print enough to know how to resolve this problem?

I've sent the question in to their customer services but it'll be at least Monday before I get a reply.

Can you not just place it as a new different order, if the first file is unsatisfactory they will not use it.

That would seem the sensible thing to do but the problem is they take payment for the order BEFORE you upload your file so creating a new order would mean paying again and trying to get a refund for the first one.
