trail camera

Hello everyone. I'm new here and I'm hoping someone can help. I have a Victure 500 trail cam and it suddenly went out of focus. I've tried new SD cards, new batteries and I've even hit it and few times and cussed at it. Nothing has worked. The Victure support folks don't have any solutions...
