Wanting to edit Time Stamp on a small batch of photos

Hi. It's not proving that easy to find a free program that will allow me to correct the time stamps on a batch of photos taken over two days. I have a photo with a clock face on it, and presuming the clock is correct, the time stamps are all out by 33 minutes. I need to alter all the time...
