Hi, Got to drop someone off at Manchester airport tomorrow so I was thinking I might then head over to the peak district with the camera. Anywhere in particular you'd recommend on the Glossop/Stockport/Ashton-under-lyne side of the Peaks? Alternative is to go to Wales and take the tent...

Fingers crossed I'm hoping you take a stroll around Monsal head in the peak District this Saturday after work. I'm going mainly for the weir on the river wye, hoping for autumn colours and I know there's the viaduct too. Have any if you fine folk been there before, any tips?
