Photomechanic 5 to Camera Raw 11

Hi All, working from Photomechanic 5 to Camera Raw 11 for use with new FujiX-T3. Is there a way to select the RAF files only for edit in Camera Raw when I have shot both raw + jpg? I have tried 'arrange by' but it doesn't work. If I select the images in Photomechanic that I want to edit in...
