M1mk2 manual mode exposure compensation?

I am still trying to get to grips with my EM1mk2 and it's controls. Something I have not sussed yet is how to set it up to be able to quickly do exposure compension when in manual mode (with auto ISO). Front and rear dials are for aperture and shutter so how best to get to exposure compensation...

Yongnuo speedlite flash

I have three Yongnuo YN560 111 speedlite flashes and use them on manual setting for high speed water drop photography. I also have a Yongnuo YN600 EX-RT 11 speedlite flash which is TTL with my EOS 90D. However I want to use it on manual together with the other three but don't know if it will...
